The City of Darebin Northcote Town Hall is a spectacular historical icon, notable for its location on High Street.
Rooms have recently been renovated with a blend of modern and art-deco interiors. At present, five rooms are available for hire including two spacious rooms which can be divided by concertina doors, two smaller rooms with grand high ceilings and the Roof Top Meeting/Function room which has an adjoining kitchen as well as a balcony with uninterrupted views of Melbourne.
Other rooms to be available by October 2005 include two large conference rooms, two multipurpose studio/theatre spaces with separate foyer, kitchen/bar, and dressing rooms as well as the Main Hall with stunning Spanish Moorish art-deco ceilings and walls. A sizeable Civic Square will also be developed for celebrations, performances and markets.
Not for profit and corporate rates are available. Day and night inspection of the venue is welcomed by appointment only.
